GUAM – Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marianas, is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for all military facilities on Guam for an indefinite period.

The contractor will provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, transportation and other supplies needed “to perform janitorial services for all U.S. Military Activities, Guam,” according to a contract synopsis. An official solicitation will be released as early as March 29 and the deadline for responses is April 28.

The contract will be for a base period plus two optional 12-month extensions, according to the documents. A visit to Andersen AFB and the Naval Base will be held for potential bidders at a time to be set in the solicitation.

“The contract will be procured using negotiated procedures,” NAVFAC said in the synopsis. “The Government will only accept offers from eligible SBA Certified HUBZones.”
